Ali Emre Ormancı is Contracts Director at Yapı Merkezi İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş., where he oversees contractual and commercial governance for major international EPC and infrastructure projects. With over 20 years’ experience across contractor, employer and consultant roles, he specializes in FIDIC-based contracts, risk allocation, claims strategy, dispute avoidance and settlement. He also serves as Chairperson of the Working Group on Construction Contracts and Multilateral Development Banks within CICA (World Construction Association), contributing to advancing contractors’ perspectives in standard forms of contract, procurement methods and processes involving multilateral development banks.

He has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sector globally.

He is also author and contributor of many studies about the global construction and engineering industry – including Global Construction Futures – and is an experienced keynote speaker at major industry conventions worldwide. He has given over 100 industry keynotes at leading construction, infrastructure and energy conferences in over 20 countries.
He leads on Rebuilding Ukraine – a major thought leadership program across Pinsent Masons and is also undertaking an investigation into the use of AI in construction and the Built Environment – Artificial Intelligent – Impact on the Built Environment. He has previously investigated Industrialised Construction – as a global thought leadership program – and Joint Ventures for Global Infrastructure Projects.
He has co-written a manifesto outlining a strategy for a carbon and resource neutral European ecosystem Manifesto on Achieving a Carbon and Resource Neutrality in the European Construction Ecosystem with European International Contractors and a guide to infrastructure climate reporting The Evolution of Infrastructure Climate-related Financial Disclosures with the Net Zero Infrastructure Industry Coalition.
Graham was previously a Partner and Head of Management Consulting for one of the largest global management and construction consultants. He has led transformation projects in many different industry sectors.
He was responsible for procurement, regulation, and delivery of a £1 billion capital investment program of over 750 projects and led a transformation of capital project delivery for one of the UK’s largest airport operators.
He also led the transformation of capital program delivery to support the merger of two of the UK’s largest high-street banks.
He was Commercial Director of the renowned Centre for Strategic Studies in Construction within the School of Construction Management and Engineering at The University of Reading – a Centre of Excellence in Construction Strategy – undertaking research into global construction. This included a series of highly acclaimed reports on the future of the UK construction and engineering sector with Forewords by a former Prime Minister of the UK Government.
He is currently a member of the Advisory Board at Department of Trade and Industry for reconstruction in Ukraine and is a member of the Innovation and Trends Working Group as a part of the Building Advisory Committee for the Building Safety Regulator.

Ali Kerim Orhon was born in Ankara in 1969. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering (1992) and an MSc in Water Resources Engineering (1995), both from Middle East Technical University (METU). He began his career at SUİŞ PROJE Engineering and Consultancy Ltd., one of Türkiye’s pioneering firms in water and land resources development, where he has served as Partner since 2009 and General Manager since 2012. Having served three terms on the Board of Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects (ATCEA) since 2018, he has been President of the Association since 2025. He is married with two children.

Paco Gómez Escofet is Director of the Barcelona ConTech Hub and Secretary General of the International ConTech Network. With a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a PDG from IESE, he specializes in innovation and entrepreneurship within the construction technology sector (ConTech). He leads initiatives focused on accelerating industry transformation through emerging technologies, startup development, investment, and open innovation. His work centers on building international innovation ecosystems connecting corporations, startups, and investors, with expertise in sustainability, digitalization, artificial intelligence, industrialization, automation, and robotics applied to construction. He is also a lecturer and international speaker.

Ümit Özdemir was born in 1949 in Bor, Niğde, Türkiye. He completed his primary education in Niğde and İstanbul and graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1969. In 1975, he graduated as a Master Engineer from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Between 1975 and 2021, he served continuously for 46 years in various positions at Tekfen Construction and Installation Co.. Following his retirement at the end of 2021, he became Board Advisor at Metgün Group of Companies. In addition, he serves as a Board Member of Galatasaray Real Estate Development Inc. and as a member of the Board of Trustees of both the Galatasaray Education Foundation and the ITU Foundation. He is married, has two children and two grandchildren, and is fluent in French, English, and Italian.

Yücel Çebi is a Board Member and the Director Strategic Management and Planning at Dorçe Prefabricated Building & Construction. Holding a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Ankara University and an MBA from Bilkent University, he joined DORÇE in 2007. After managing international field operations across Africa and the Middle East, he assumed his executive role in 2018. Today, he drives the company’s corporate strategy, sustainability, investment initiatives and corporate governance.
